Terms & Conditions
Any list provided by Marketing-Dynamix, Inc. on a client’s behalf is leased for one-time use only unless otherwise specified in the terms of sale. Additional uses are subject to additional fees set forth by the individual list owners.
Customers shall not disclose, transfer, duplicate, reproduce or retain any portion of the list in any form or manner or otherwise make available to any other person or organization the information products acquired from Marketing-Dynamix, Inc.
Marketing-Dynamix, Inc. assumes no responsibility for any direct, indirect, special, or consequential damages or loss on the part of the Customer or any third party as a result of the use of the mailing lists purchased. Marketing-Dynamix, Inc. will not be liable for the results of any marketing campaign, or for delays and inconvenience related to the delivery of these products to the customer. Data transmitted to the Customer may be subject to delays or corruption in transit out of the control of Marketing-Dynamix, Inc.
The Customer is ultimately responsible for the method of use. Marketing-Dynamix, Inc. does not guarantee the success of any Direct Mail or Opt-In Email or any other campaign, either by response rates or click through rates.
Any price quotes provided by Marketing-Dynamix, Inc. are budgetary only, valid for 30 days from the Date quoted, and are subject to change unless specified otherwise by an authorized Marketing-Dynamix, Inc. representative. Charges may vary according to actual counts, rate increases and currency exchange rate fluctuations. |
